The significance of the 2021 Federal Judicial Reform

Abstract

It contains the analysis of the recent constitutional reform to the Judicial Power of the Federation, presenting an introduction in order to provide the context in which it was presented. Subsequently, the analysis of each of the articles included in the reform is carried out, specifying that they regulate, what the variation consisted of and what the consequences of it will be. Based on this, the various conclusions regarding the adjustments that will be presented in the Judicial Power of the Federation and the problems that may arise are reached.
