Metadata Policy

To ensure the proper identification and description of each submission, DYCSVICTORIA Journal incorporates the following mandatory metadata:

  • Title in Spanish and English.
  • Abstract in Spanish and English.
  • Authors' institutional affiliation.
  • Valid ORCID iD for each author.
  • Keywords in Spanish and English.
  • Full name of each author.
  • References.
  • Persistent identifier (DOI).
  • Publication information (volume, issue, dates of receipt, acceptance and publication, and page numbers).

The Editorial Committee and the authors are responsible for reviewing and validating the metadata prior to the publication of each submission, ensuring its integrity, consistency, and correspondence with the information contained in the manuscript.

DYCSVICTORIA Journal ensures that its metadata are exportable and interoperable with indexing systems, institutional repositories, academic databases, and metadata harvesting services through the Open Archives Initiative Protocol for Metadata Harvesting (OAI-PMH), thereby facilitating the dissemination and exchange of scholarly information.

This policy contributes to strengthening the visibility, interoperability, and accurate citation of the publications of DYCSVICTORIA Journal.
