DYCSVICTORIA Journal is a non-commercial open-access electronic academic journal published biannually (January–June and July–December) by the Autonomous University of Tamaulipas. It holds Exclusive Rights of Use Registration No. 04-2018-112813010700-203 and ISSN 2683-1821, both granted by the National Copyright Institute of Mexico (INDAUTOR). The journal’s objective is to disseminate original scientific research in the fields of Law and Social Sciences to the academic community and society at large that contribute to ensuring the human right to science.
